Refreshing a document list

The information displayed in a document list may not always be the most up to date. This can happen if more than one person is using the same folder at the same time and making changes to it.

To refresh the view of a document list, do one of the following:

• Press F5.
• Open a different folder and then reopen the folder that you want to view.
